Although the animal was shaped very abstractly, it is clearly a lively pig. The pig belongs to the Neolithic 河姆渡文化Hemudu culture (about –5000 => –4500). The artifact measures 6.7 cm long, unearthed at Hemudu, Yuyao, Zhejiang Province. |
