  All image uses in this category requires a commercial license. This include but not limited to:

  - refers to uses in newspapers, articles, books, magazines, online contents and others where its contents are primarily informational, educational or entertaining. Editorial uses generally do not require model and property releases.

• Advertising

  - refers to promotional uses on TV, radio, internet, billboards, print ads ...etc. Advertising use requires model or property release. Any promotional use in which the subject (recognizable people or prominent structure) of the image are use to endorse a product or service requires model or property release.
